When a Kid Has Nightmares That Are All Too Real
Claire Danes is a talented young actress who first came on the scene with the TV show My So-Called Life. In it, she played a precocious teenager. Later this month she costars in the romantic drama Shopgirl with Steve Martin. It's based on Steve Martin's book of the same name.
She's been doing some interviews lately, and she mentioned something odd in a recent one. Here's an excerpt of what she told a journalist from Parade Magazine.
Claire Danes "Needed a Connection That Was Real" to Combat Loneliness and Demons
New York, September 29 – “A part of me desired fame because I associated it with love,” 26 year-old actress Claire Danes tells PARADE magazine for this Sunday’s issue. “That was a total mistake. Fame doesn’t end loneliness.”
Beginning in her early childhood, Danes said that she felt lonely and anxious. “I’ve worked hard to come to terms with that,” she says. “What I needed was a connection to life that was real and lasting.” As a toddler, Danes suffered delusional incidents. “I started seeing scary, demonic creatures,” she says. “I believed there was a gargoyle who made me assume bizarre positions and stay that way for a long time. Evil creatures would taunt and bully me. I was very afraid. I began to develop obsessive-compulsive behavior.” Danes says that therapy helped calm her fears and dance led to her fascination with acting. (End excerpt)
Feeling Spacey and Ungrounded - Too Open to Astral Realms
Several things are interesting about what Danes said. Notice how she said she felt ungrounded, disconnected from anything "real" was a child. This is the number one symptom of somebody who is too open to the astral realms. They are sort of traveling in and out of their body and are finding it difficult to stay centered in their physical body.
This is extremely common in sensitive people, those who have natural psychic abilities. If they don't learn how to control their abilities, they can end up being open all the time, which isn't good. When you're tired or fearful, that is not a good time to be open psychically, because negative entities can enter in. To maintain a positive psychic doorway you need to know how to meditate, invoke God/Goddess/Great Spirit or whatever form a divine energy you feel comfortable with, and you need to know how to stay grounded.
Many children with nightmares, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and even autism, have developed huge holes in their auric field. This leaves them vulnerable to negative entities that are very real and very dangerous. Parasitical discarnates (spirits of dead people who weren't very spiritually evolved, like drug addicts, murderers, and others who have yet to move on the Light) can take hold of the child. This can be observed when there are huge personality changes in the child and they start to act really "adult" or precocious in weird ways. That type of behavior is a big red flag that discarnates may have become attached to them.
Demons and elementals can also torment the poor kid. Parents will notice that something is wrong because the child will be fearful, sad, and angry, and is essentially going through post-traumatic stress disorder all the time from being so harassed from beings from the astral plane. Only, for them, there is no break from the torture. So they are continually traumatized.
Healing Your Child's Nightmares and Astral Problems
Parents can heal this by praying over their children, invoking for their protection, and asking God and the angels to seal up any cracks or holes in their child's auric field. Think of the aura as an egg or energy envelope that extends outside the physical body. This egg has developed cracks, and this imbalance in the energy body is what is creating problems.
You can also gently energize or saturate the kid's auric field with pale pastel healing colors. Don't use any colored energy that is too dark or intense on a child because it will be overstimulating to them. I've found the best colors to work with are a very pale light whitish green, a very pale light whitish lilac, or a light pink. You can use them in combination or separately, beaming this color out through the palms of your hands to seal up the holes in the aura. Repeat this each day until you notice an improvement in your child. After that, focus on praying for protection and shielding.
Teaching Your Child Real Prayer
Another important thing is to teach your child how to invoke the protection and healing of the Divine for themselves. Ultimately, this is what they will need to do, in order to be healthy as a young adult. The earlier you can teach them this, the better. It's not so important that they learn certain words and specific prayers. It's more that they learn how to PRAY. The state of prayer is what is truly important, that ability to open up the heart, breathe deeply, and reach out with the mind and the emotions to unite with a loving higher power. That's the piece that too often is left out of religious teaching, which makes most prayers ineffective.
You can simply use a word like "love" or "protection" or "healing" and use that as the basis for the prayer. Teach your kid the power of these words and guide them in invoking these energies in their own life. Then you will be giving them tools that will be with them throughout their lifetime, without all of the complex religious dogma and confusing, distracting verbiage of modern prayers.
Prayers are Magical Invocations
People become "lapsed Catholics" or disinterested Protestants because they know that the words they have been taught as children and all the complicated stuff that goes with them don't have any power - at least, not for them. They were never taught that prayers are magical invocations. If they could tie those ideas together, then they might be a lot more interested in simple stuff like the Lord's Prayer or the "Now I lay me down to sleep" prayer that people learn as children. They are magical incantations designed with certain energy cues, and they are supposed to stir up feelings of power, love, and focus in the person who is praying.
But since we're not taught how to pray, we grow bored with this stuff and move away from it as adults, dismissing it all as childish superstition. At least, a lot of us do. And in leaving the true magic of prayer behind us, we lose our way spiritually.
All of us can learn to take back our spiritual power and our spiritual sovereignty through learning to clear out our own auric fields and practicing simple invocations for love, healing, and guidance. That's when the real miracles start to manifest. It doesn't take going to church or using an old prayer to make the magic happen. If those things have power and importance to you, then by all means use them. But if they don't, and you think the fellow standing up at the altar dresses weird and is as dull as molasses, don't mistakenly think that you're excluded from the world of Spirit!
And it's very possible that in rejecting those stale tribal traditions that have lost power for so many people that you will begin to invent your own miraculous pathways to Spirit. It's a great adventure. Don't miss out on it. |
