The Real Secret of How to Clear Negativity From Your Life

Get Uplifting Movies Monthly from

Spiritual Cinema Circle

Tell me if this sounds familiar to you. You wake up in a good mood, ready to face the day. You have your morning cereal, take a shower, and put yourself together. Your brain is buzzing with ideas, and you're thinking about all the things you want to accomplish throughout the day. Energy is pouring through you, seeking an outlet.

You get in your car or step onto your commuter train or bus.  For a few minutes, everything is fine. Then you start noticing things. The faces of the people on the road look angry, and everyone is frowning.  Horns are honking. Somebody is tailgating you, impatient with your speed.

You see that your fellow passengers on the train or bus are looking bleary and worn out. You wonder why they even bother to go to their jobs if they're so miserable. Who wants to live like that, you ask yourself. Is that what we're all here for -- to be depressed every day and to do things that don't reward or uplift us?

Maybe you resist these feelings, trying to fight off that contagious negativity. You try to give yourself positive self-talk, working at remaining clear and energized. But being surrounded by so many negative people just drags you down.

By the time you reach work, you already feel tired. Where did all that positive energy go? When you got up, you were feeling hopeful and energized. Now you feel like something sucked the vital force right out of you. Was it the people on the highway and their aggressive driving? Was it sitting next to bored and depressed people on the train or bus?  Why did their energy affect you so much?

Sometimes, without realizing it, we allow ourselves to be drained by people who aren't handling their energy very well. Most people don't mean to cause us harm with their bursts of anger on the road or their depressed expressions as they sit next to us on the train. And yet we pick up on their bad moods through a kind of mental osmosis.

How can we prevent that from happening? Is there a way to do this?

The Secret to Removing Negativity is Right There in Your Living Room!

People frequently ask me how they can banish negative energy from their lives. They find themselves overwhelmed by that sea of negativity that exists in "the outside world."  Is there any way to remain anchored in lighter vibrations so that outside influences don't affect us?

The answer is YES. But it takes a little planning!

To use a nutrition analogy -- when it comes to your diet, if you don't give yourself enough vitamins and nutrients at mealtime, you will always be running at an energy deficit. Without the right fuel, you end up feeling starved.

On the flip side, if you are eating healthy and absorbing your nutrients well, you have plenty of energy and can sail through your day.

If you want to maintain a strong base line of emotional life force, you have to make sure that you are "feeding" on the right type of food.  If you are absorbing negative energies at home, it's very hard to fend off further negativity when you head off to work and face stress throughout the day.  You are already operating at an energy deficit, so any unpleasant thing that happens will tend to drain you.

The biggest culprit -- the largest contributor to our poor "diet" of energy -- is watching TV!

While there is nothing wrong with seeking light entertainment at the end of a taxing day, too often this entertainment is anything but "light."  Law and Order and the CSI series are two of the most successful TV franchises ever, and each features serial killers and bloody murder on every single episode.  And these are considered mainstream shows, suitable family fare.

A 2003 survey found that in the average home in the US, the TV is on for a whopping 7 hours and 40 minutes a day.

By the end of elementary school, the average American child will have seen 8,000 simulated murders on television.

You know that old saying - "Garbage in - garbage out."

In other words: Absorb foul stuff, and you'll be putting out foul energy.

If you want to clear out negativity from your life, you must first make an effort TO PUT POSITIVE ENERGY IN. This is the piece that most of us seem to be missing!

Navigating throught the maze of movies, TV shows, and DVDs to find entertainment that is nourishing to the spirit can be a complicated process. You have to hunt down reviews, and you have to do research.  When it comes down to it, it's easier to just channel surf until you find something that interests you.

But what if somebody else did all the hard work for you?

What if someone selected positively-oriented, soul enriching entertainment and made it available to you on a monthly basis for one low price?

The Spiritual Cinema Circle - Your Source for Monthly DVD's That Uplift the Soul

You may be familiar with underground movies like What the Bleep Do They Know and The Secret, which addressed human consciousness in exciting and inspiring ways. When I saw them, part of me was blissed out from all the amazing material I'd just been exposed to. But the other part of me was seriously depressed because I realized that cinema like this is extremely rare in this culture. Sometimes it seems like Hollywood script writers are all using the same "Murder a Minute" formula.

I remember coming out of the theater in Princeton, New Jersey after I'd just seen What the Bleep with a bunch of college students. There was a feeling of magic in the air. People were smiling. Groups of friends got into animated conversations about the principles discussed in the movie. Reactions were electric, lively, and full of some mysterious spark.

Fortunately, there are pioneers in the world of film making who ARE attuned to people like us who are sick and tired of Hollywood's bloodthirsty and soul-destroying style of storytelling.

You may have heard of a man named Stephen Simon. He's produced many films with spiritual themes like the Christopher Reeve classic Somewhere in Time and the multi-dimensional love story with Robin Williams and Annabella Sciorra, What Dreams May Come (an overlooked movie that you really must see!) He's also produced popular films like Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. When it comes to Hollywood, Simon has seen and done it all.

Well, somewhere along the way during his career, Simon became interested in how consciousness can be affected by movies, and he began thinking about a way to bring GOOD movies greater exposure. In case you didn't realize it, a lot of great films are being quietly produced these days as independent productions. They appear at film festivals and then quickly disappear because major studios fail to pick them up for distribution. What this means is that the movies that are being shown in theaters are out of step with this flood of marvelous films that are being inexpensively and lovingly made by talented artists from all over the world.

Stephen Simon has worked with a group of like-minded collaborators to bring forth something exciting and new.  He has started something called The Spiritual Cinema Circle.  The Circle is a monthly DVD subscription service that distributes 4 spiritually-themed films a month. It's taken off like wildfire and now has subscribers in more than 70 countries.

The Spiritual Cinema Circle has purchased the rights to Neale Donald Walsch's Conversations with God books. Stephen Simon has directed and produced the movie version and will be releasing it sometime soon.  And this is just one of many exciting projects the Circle is involved in.

I only recently found out about the Circle, and I wanted to tell you about it in case you hadn't heard about it.

Here's what the Spiritual Cinema Circle is offering:

When you join the Spiritual Cinema Circle, each month you'll receive 4 features and shorts on DVD. The movies are personally selected by Stephen Simon and his team. These movies represent the best of spiritual cinema and art and are new films you're unlikely to see anywhere else.

The DVDs are yours to keep! You don't have to return them. In fact, you're encouraged to share them with friends and family, in order to broaden the worldwide Spiritual Cinema community.

The monthly cost of the service is kept deliberately low, so the maximum number of people can participate. And they even offer a free trial so you can check out their service and see if it's for you.

There's no risk - you may cancel your membership at any time. And remember, you never have to return any of your DVDs, even if you decide to cancel your membership.

Deepak Chopra, Gary Zukav, and Jack Canfield of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books are just a few of the consciousness researchers and writers who are raving about the program.

If you're like me and you're tired of soul-destroying movies masquerading as "entertainment," you should definitely check out the Spiritual Cinema Circle. Remember, you'll get the first four movies for free, even if you choose not to maintain a monthly membership.

Isn't it time to get yourself on a healthy diet of positive entertainment?
