Free eBook by Dirk Gillabel: The Seven Shamanic Levels of Consciousness
Dirk Gillabel is a healer and author who has published some marvelous spirituality articles at his website, House of the Sun. His articles include a detailed explanation of how a person can use the energies of the medicine wheel to access healing and guidance from different realms like the animal, plant, and devic realms. And he has posted many other user-friendly guides at his site to help people to access healing and psychic ability.
He has posted a 53 page eBook that you can either read online at the site or download for free. It's called The Seven Shamanic Levels of Consciousness. Here he does his best to describe, in simple terms, the seven primary "worlds" or realities that shamanic healers journey to when they are doing healing work. These realms exist in the etheric, that invisible realm that lies slightly outside this physical dimension. They are very real places.
I resonate with his descriptions, although in my own shamanic healing work, I see these realms a little differently. But his material will give you some interesting things you can focus on in your own meditations and visualizations.
