Seeing Colored Lights, Sparkles or Sparkies - 12/29/05

Dear Lipstick Mystic,

Hello!

I found your website yesterday and have read a few of your articles. While I'd like to chat about some of them, the one I like most is the sparkles.

You see sparkles !

I see them all the time. My cats see them all the time too. I've always called them SPRITES - nature sprites to be exact. At least, that's what they seem to be for me. They flitter about chattering at 10,000 words a second. Maybe it's holographic conversations that they are trying to have with me. They are mostly flittering about my gardens. Occasionally they come in the house and try to chatter with me. What do you think?

-- Thanks, L.P.

Hi L.P.,

Yes - over the years, I've chatted with hundreds of people who have seen the sparkles or "sparkies," as I like to call them.   They're really neat.

There seems to be some difference between types of sparkies that are seen. People report sparkies of different colors ranging from white to gold to blue, silver, and purple. And the sparkies seem to show up under a variety of different  conditions. Some people see them when they are engaged in spiritual work. Others see them at times of day when they are doing "normal" stuff.

I agree that some seem to be connected to the nature realm and are probably manifestations of "sprites" or devic energies. But I've also seen many that weren't nature spirits. They were related to other types of spiritual guides, angels, and so forth.

It's all very cool, isn't it?

One fun sparkie sighting was the bumblebee sparkie my honey saw one time. He was just sitting at his computer at work doing his thing. He had recently gone through a period of psychic awakening, but he wasn't meditating or doing anything particularly spiritual.  While he was sitting there this big blue sparkie flew by in front of him, conveying lots of happiness and love.  It was shaped like a bumblebee and flew along in that lazy, slow way that bumbles do in the middle of a hot summer.

I find that the universal thing people report about sparkies is the feeling of lightness, love, and joy that the sparkies convey.

Thanks for writing to me about them. And thanks, too, for visiting my site. Look for lots of changes to happen at my site in 2006, including eBooks coming out and sister sites launching.
